I was naive and raw and did not know what being a Detail Executive was all about. But in the span of five years, with the able guidance of my superiors, mentors & regular training and development sessions, I have been able to metamorphize myself into a successful, confident and financially independent sales personnel.

Today 6 Years later as a Business head a feeling of nostalgia over comes me when I induct Detail Executives in my team.

Epiderma is a fun and challenging place to work in with an open-door policy, quick response and realization systems in place. I am definitely here to stay and who wouldn't like to be part of an organization where you have a dedicated mentor to talk to and where there is no "HR" department but a "People's Person" department.
